This is something I've been meaning to get myself into to keep you all up to date regards to the life I live, what I've been up with my artwork and what work I'm releasing / selling.
About me
Firstly, my name is Amy Trudgian and I live in mid Cornwall on a beef farm. I've loved growing up on the farm and it still allows me to escape into the nature when being sat at a desk all afternoon is getting a little bit tedious.
Farming has inspired me to create peices that you might find on the farm but also around us. One of my favourite pieces I've drawn so far is the two swallows in flight. Associating this with summer it sure does give people a reason to smile! These swallows are a limited edition print or printed onto greeting cards.
Commissions
Not only do I draw Wildlife and help on the farm, I also take pet portrait commissions. This is a brilliant way to convert your pet into a drawing form! Perfect for gifts, remembering loved ones or just for yourself to have a drawn pet portrait to cherish. Commissioning me is very simple, all I work from is a good quality photo.
Trade Shows
Summer is here and so are the busy shows!
I love going to showcase my artwork as well as meeting people. It's a brilliant way to meet many people and people alike. My first show of 2023 was Liskeard agriculture show, which was a brilliant start to the year. I'm heading to;

New releases
This month I have created two wildlife peices to add to my portfolio. 'Harold the Hare' is a great eye catching piece with a great stance.
The 'Kingfisher Study' was another drawing I've wanted to create for many years, the colours are just brilliant and eye catching.
